We had a great session on May 9th.

Malcolm Ong, CTO, Co-Founder, and Head of Product at SkillShare gave us a glimpse into how they create a product-oriented process.

There are several components.  They are very picky about hiring, which allows them to create cross-functional teams for products.  They focus on moving the business forward.

Very good site you have here but I was wanting to know if you knew of any community forums that cover the same topics discussed here?
